A resume writing site with great attractive design. Prices are affordable, but I couldn’t order right from the site. I also couldn’t find the information about guarantees. The resume I got from them was satisfactory, however, I had to rewrite it a bit myself. Nevertheless, ordering via email wasn’t comfortable for me.
The first thing that comes into your mind when you open the site is its great design. It’s very modern and has attractive layout. Also, the site contains information about resumes in various fields, samples and the description of the process. But will the resume written by them be as good?

Pricing policy

You can see the prices by scrolling the main page a little down. The prices start from $129 for student’s resume. For a professional resume and cover letter they ask $349. I was ok with the price and wanted to order at once, but haven’t found the order form anywhere!

Order details

As I found later, I was expected to email them to start the process. As it was business day, they responded to me quite soon. I was told to proceed with payment and was promised to get my resume in 3 days. I emailed them some extra information about my trainings, my old resume and paid via PayPal.

Quality of writing and support

They don’t have support via chat. So, you can reach them only via phone or email. Written resume is sent to email address, too. I got mine in 3 days just like we discussed. It was structured well, but I didn’t really like the objective. There wasn’t a single word on the site concerning their guarantees, so I changed that part on my own.

Conclusion

The site’s design is really attractive, but the functionality could have been better. It’s a bit of inconvenience to discuss and order using the email. To sum up, the resume was written in accordance with my requirements and I also made a few changes. However, I think next time I’ll stay on more convenient site.
